Memories. Memories. Memories.

I was completely bored one time then I decided to open my Friendster account again. I hadn't opened it for awhile. Well, not surprising. I looked at my inbox and I saw  25 spam messages. I deleted them all. It's a waste of time if I'm going to open it even if I already know what's in it. Then, I went to see my profile. For a year, my profile page didn't change as well as the background music. "Hot & Cold" is the song I guess?

Anyway, after seeing how my profile's crappy look, I finally opened my stuck photos. It was fun looking at my own pics taken 3-4 years ago and realizing that somehow, I did change. Looking back, it was so cool. It made me wish to turn back time and live with the happy moments that those pictures say. So here, look what I found...

MY FIRST EVER TROPHY

Well, this would probably my first and my only National Award in my life (but I hope not). I got this trophy when I won the National Schools Press Conference in a News Writing-English category when I was in 3rd year HS. I'm not boasting once and for all but  when I heard that my name was called for the 3rd place, I didn't know what just I did at that moment. I ran as quick as possible leaving my teachers behind to go on the stage never minding what the hundreds of people on that gymnasium would say about me. So what? I won! You understand?! I won! I don't care if I look really desperate and stupid that time. All I want is to hold my trophy. haha....

So that's it. After I got it, a reporter blocked my way to ask me along with her cameraman. And I was like, "Oh my! My sweat is all-over my face! All the people in GenSan will see me". But I still went on answering the questions though. That was the best day. All I know is I never imagined winning. I only enjoyed writing my article. Maybe that's the LESSON there. Enjoy everything you love doing. And you work will be appreciated.
